1. Introduction
CODEWITHSK ("we", "our", or "us") develops software applications and websites for businesses and end users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website, applications, or related services (collectively, the "Services").
This is a company-wide Privacy Policy. It applies to:
- The CODEWITHSK website at https://codewithsk.com
- All current CODEWITHSK applications
- Future CODEWITHSK applications, unless a specific application provides its own dedicated Privacy Policy
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate our Services, respond to inquiries, and improve the experience where applicable.
Website
Our website may collect:
- Contact form submissions, including your name, email address, and message when you voluntarily contact us
- Basic website analytics
Applications
Different CODEWITHSK applications may collect different information depending on their functionality.
Each application clearly discloses its data collection practices through the Google Play Data Safety section and, where applicable, additional in-app disclosures.
3. Project Toolbox Privacy
Project Toolbox is an offline-first Android utility application.
Project Toolbox does not require an Internet connection for its core functionality. Users retain ownership and control of all data stored locally within the application.
For Project Toolbox specifically:
- No user account is required.
- No sign in is required.
- No personal information is collected.
- No analytics are used.
- No advertising SDKs are included.
- No Firebase services are used.
- No crash reporting services are used.
- No tracking technologies are used.
- No user information is transmitted to CODEWITHSK servers.
- Favorites, settings, recent history, QR history, and preferences remain only on the user's own device.
- Optional features may use an Internet connection only when you intentionally activate them — for example, Android sharing features or refreshing live exchange-rate data for the currency converter. These actions do not send your personal information or local app data to CODEWITHSK servers.
Applications may request Android permissions only when required for a specific feature. For example, camera access may be used only for QR code scanning, and storage or photos access may be used only when importing or exporting user files. Permissions are not used to collect personal information.
4. How Information Is Used
We use collected information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information or support
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website, applications, and services
- Monitor and analyze website usage trends to improve user experience and performance
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
5. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, remember preferences, and gather analytics about site traffic. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, some features of our website may not function properly without them.
6. Third-Party Services
Our website may use trusted third-party services for hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring.
Individual applications may integrate third-party services where necessary.
Any third-party services used by an application are disclosed in that application's Google Play Data Safety section.
Project Toolbox does not use third-party services during normal operation.
7. Mobile Applications
Mobile applications published by CODEWITHSK on app stores such as Google Play, and potentially other platforms in the future, may have different privacy practices depending on their functionality.
Each application provides accurate disclosures through:
- Store listing data safety or privacy disclosures (for example, Google Play Data Safety)
- App permissions
- This Privacy Policy
- Any app-specific privacy documentation
8. Firebase
Some CODEWITHSK applications may use Firebase services such as:
- Firebase Analytics
- Crashlytics
- Cloud Messaging
These services are used only when required.
Whenever Firebase is used, the application will clearly disclose it in its Google Play Data Safety information. Firebase data practices are also described in Google's Firebase privacy documentation.
Project Toolbox does not use Firebase.
9. Analytics
Website
We use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Speed Insights, to understand website performance and usage trends. These tools collect aggregated usage data such as page views, referral sources, and load performance metrics. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies; you can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.
Applications
Project Toolbox does not use analytics, tracking technologies, advertising identifiers, or behavioral monitoring.
Other CODEWITHSK applications may use analytics only where disclosed in their Google Play Data Safety section and any related in-app disclosures.
10. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Project Toolbox stores all user-generated information locally on the user's device. No cloud synchronization or remote storage is used. Users retain full control over their local data.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and last updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
13. Application-Specific Privacy
Some CODEWITHSK applications may have additional privacy disclosures depending on their features.
If an application's privacy practices differ from this general Privacy Policy, the application will provide additional disclosures through:
